So its been an interesting past 3 years. I have met some pretty nice folks, had some fun, sewn a few wild oats. Now here lately, thoughts have turned to settling down a bit and looking toward the future with someone. I'm in no hurry, just a different mind- set.

I have lived in and around the Austin area for a long time. I like it here, so does most of my immediate family. Is good to have a nice balance of independence and family support around you. Its a loud group, holidays and UT Football nites are chaotic, good food, better company.

Here are some basic stats about me. Mom, 2 kids (son 15, daughter 10 and they live with me full time), professional in the legal field, amateur musician, I play french horn in a community band. I'm 48 5'8" long brown hair brown eyes. I have been told often enough to maybe believe I look younger than my age. I refuse to color my grey hair, I earned every one of them. I laughed for 45 min the last time I got carded. I'm in good health, always trying to improve on that. Physically, I'm more of a round and soft than athletic hardbody.

Laid back attitude, mostly liberal, sarcastic, capable, intelligent, hard-working, loyal, stable, sane, bossy, sexual, faithful, tolerant, funny. Would like to find a partner who possesses most of these character flaws and more.

I'm open to just about anything where conversation can be free-flowing and stimulating. While live music, theater, movies and just hanging out at home and with family and friends are way up on the list, those are probably best left after chemistry is established.
