-Well my mom says I'm gorgeous, intelligent, strong, and independent and I'm inclined to believe her because I'm sure she's completely objective.

-I have a curvy woman's body. I'm not athletic, work out occasionally, and eat what I want. According to the men in my life and the unsolicited comments from male passers-by, it works for me.

-Being spontaneous may make you sound fun and devil-may-care, but I'm more interested in somebody who follows through. Blowing me off is the worst thing you can do.

-I love a great sense of humor; is that cliche? Every woman does. Every man does. Everybody love somebody funny. Maybe I should qualify and say I love an intelligent, goofy sense of humor.

-I'm fairly well read and am a qualified grammar police, but I'm not one of those anal-retentive snobs who goes around correcting people because I don't care that much. However, if your profile is completely devoid of punctuation and everything is shortened into text-message length, I probably won't read it.

-People who place a lot of emphasis on finding someone open minded just make me wonder what freaky thing they want me to accept... I think if you're too open-minded then what's keeping out the bullshit?

-If you try to feed me some bull$h!t or pull something, I will totally call you on it.

-I believe blunt honesty is often cruel and shows immaturity. Tactful honesty shows you care about the person's feelings while respecting them enough to be truthful.

-My "type" is caucasian, intelligent, older, taller-than-me alpha-males. Then again, my last ex was half Filipino, 5 years younger, exactly my height, and a total nice-guy. You never know. Confidence is always the common denominator.

-I randomly use big words that make people look at me funny without realizing I'm doing anything strange.

-I won't try to change you. I won't change for you. But I will compromise and expect you to do the same. So don't be fake. If it's not right, it's not right and trying to make it so will only make us both unhappy.

-I'm not one of those women who dates @$$holes. I appreciate nice guys. However don't mistake being nice with being meek.
