I am a personal trainer, massage therapist and Healing Touch practitioner. I love my profession!

I do my best to live in the moment. I support others in doing the same. I feel it keeps us present and still. For me communicating from the heart, even during conflict, is the best way to be in all relationships. I believe ultimately, after all is said and done, there are only two emotions, love or fear.
That said...would you be surprised to learn I can be funny, quick witted and sexy? I am introspective and extroverted! I enjoy polarity.

Loyalty, honesty, compassion, integrity, respect for others, trust, and a sense of humor, are qualities, I always strive to maintain within myself. I expect nothing less or more from the people in my life.

Our first date might begin with drinks. If we are enjoying each others company we might decide to continue with dinner. I am open to creative first dates such as ice skating or strolling through a museum. It doesn't really matter. Meeting for coffee or tea is just fine.
