Hello:
I'm looking for a best friend to spend the rest of my life with. I just love living in this cool ocean climate here in Ventura, and would enjoy spending time with a life partner...(wife?)

I like walking along the beach and sometimes seeing the sunset. I'm looking for someone who is warm and passionate about both life and her partner. The one woman I would like in my life does not smoke, and doesn't excessively drink.

As far as music is concerned, I mostly like classic rock from the 50's - 80's, but also some classical, jazz, and others. I'm just not into country or rap. Watching/listening to a live piano performance really captivates me.


I'm tactile, playful, and I really love kissing. (the right partner of course :) ) I give great Swedish massages. I took a 100 hr course. A sense of humor is a must. Mostly I like the simple things life has to offer...the mountains, museums, the little hole in the wall places to eat where they all know me by name. :)

I love so many activities, such as hiking in the nearby mountains, and maybe take a dip in a stream, like in Santa Paula Canyon. Deep sea fishing is one of the things on my list that I would like to do again. Camping is one of my favorite activities, especially in places like Sequoia National Park. Ocean kayaking is fun. I've recently started bicycling again. Roller coasters, and fireworks get me excited. I'm always open to new experiences in life. I love county fairs and amusement parks. It would be nice to have a partner to do some of these things with. I also like to just sit at home and enjoy quiet evenings watching TV.

I've recently have changed my lifestyle to eating mostly healthy and regular exercise. I'm not an extremist on either, but am losing weight and getting back into shape. I don't do all the activities I've listed, ALL the time, but I like them sprinkled in my life here and there. In other words, a balance.

I just want to live, love and laugh along with a loving partner. Hopefully she is laughing with me and not at me. :)

First Date
I don't believe in the "dinner and a movie" on a first date. I believe the best way to get to know someone is to first meet somewhere and have a coffee or soda and see if we like each other, and then plan a fun activity together. Such as a hike and a picnic lunch, bike riding at the beach, miniature golf, etc.
