I like garage sales and consignment shops, poking around cool towns, seeing independent movies, as well as mainstream (not big into sci-fi or horror, but free-movie tuesday from optimum, means all bets are off!), traveling, music, comedy, reading-trash and funny stuff, some serious (not huge on classics or history).
Go into nyc for plays, musicals, diff. shows. Love to find cool restaurants. Like the huge lobster at Pub 199 in Mt. Arlington; if you haven't had it, you haven't lived-what are you waiting for?! Yellow cupcakes and chocolate frosting. Coffee shops in Denville and Little Falls, bookstores, the sunshine.

I don't suffer fools, so some people I just kind of avoid. I find it easier than being mean and don't think there's that much time in life to surround myself with people who are mean, ignorant, unhappy, or generally selfish and self-important. I can't stand that people HAVE to be on their Blackberrys or FB or answer texts the second they come in, just 'cause they can. I love technology, but have a problem with the the "ruding down" of society and polite company. Ok: rant over. :)

Some of my fave comedians are Stephen Colbert, Dennis Leary, Jim Gaffingan, Lewis Black, and the like.

Some shows I adore: Weeds, Friday Night Lights, Rescue Me, Breaking Bad, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The Shield till about the last season or two.

Best shows on B'way I ever saw: Spamalot, Mamma Mia and Tommy.

I like most music, with the exception of techno, not big into opera, classical or country but I listen to ALMOST everything.

Close with family, have good friends, a steady job, a home and a life. Just tired of not having anyone with sparks with whom to share it all.

well, if the lobster was really filling and the wine or beer really good, all options are open....lol
So seriously, when you say "do" do you mean like bases, or what you want to do? I want to eat, drink and talk. I want to like the guy enough to not be planning my escape from the minute I get there. I want to not be surprised by how inappropriate some people can be with questions. I want to have enough chemistry that I would like a 2nd date. I want to WANT to sleep with the guy, but it ain't gonna happen that soon, sorry! I want little pressure and lotsa laughs. I want to be with someone who can put his phone or Blackberry away while he is out with another person and wait till he gets in his car to go home, to pick it up again.
