I’m the kind of person who really likes to dig in and get my hands dirty. I’ve always liked to build things and understand how things work. I really enjoy working with my hands and creating something solid. I've done ceramics, metalsmithing, and glass-blowing. I knew pretty much from the beginning that I wanted to go to college and major in technical theatre. I’ve always really liked tinkering with technical equipment and solving problems as they came up. I got interested in other things as I’ve gotten older, but all of them are related in some way to the creative or practical side of theater. I’ve built my own computers, because I wanted to understand how computers work and how to repair them when they break.

I’m a pretty laid-back kind of person; it is very hard to get me angry or pissed off. I like hanging out with my friends--"like most people". I am a huge video gamer, and I enjoy role playing games: first person shooters and massively multi-player online games. My goals in life are a job in theatre maybe in Chicago or NY or even London, having a family somewhere down the line, enjoying life with the people I love, and going wherever life takes me. Yes, I am a nerd, and a very intense one at that. I know what I want, but I don't always know how to get it. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor. I am also a fun-loving goof ball who can be serious at times.

Music-wise I listen to mostly industrial, metal, goth music, but I also enjoy Irish-Celtic folk music, my parents' generation rock, classical music, and UK pop music.

movies at home or at the movie theater

cuddling/talking is always nice
not much of a bar person but I still go
don't know how well it would work but weight lift/working out together
