I want to start this over.
What I see on here most is:
no baggage, no players, etc. etc. etc. ( in my best Yul Brynner). Whatever.
This is open to interpretation. I like to think I carry around my life experience with me like a badge of honor. BRING it ON! I have a lot to be thankful for and a lot to be proud of.
I don't want someone in my life who feels like she's not settling. Love and admiration goes both ways. I'm not trying to sound bitter here because that's not the case at all. Just trying to ' keep it real', as many of you like to say.
This is not about sex! Sex is something that lovers share with one anther. There is a lot of sharing that comes first. This is about finding THE someone that makes you want to keep breathing. THE someone I want to be part of my life and I want to be part of hers. Good and bad.
If we don't want that, we shouldn't be here at POF.
I can't think in terms of Protestant and Catholic. Islamic and Jewish. White and Black. Hispanic and Asian. We're all here to do The RIGHT THING!

Update: This should be a special time of year. Sure, I'm alone but I still have a lot to be thankful for. Great kids, a roof over my head and oh yah, internet access.
