Enjoy gardening, and always looking for unusual and exotic plants. Can swing a mean hammer (for home improvements only), plumbing and carpentry are always a challenge. Can even patch my own roof. w00t Enjoy long walks and fresh air. (when my leg isn't broken, long story . . . well short story) Enjoy children and animals. Can change my own oil and spark plugs. Oh yea music, like all kinds from classical to rap. (yea I know rap yuck!) Concerts, museums, road trips (hours in a car laughing and making memories), outside the box thinker (at least thats what I'm told), not afraid of adversity and take the good from any situation. Faith and laughter are a big part of my life.

Well I guess its time to update this. As I said in one of my last updates, (which I deleted) I always wanted to be Johnny Lingo's 8 cow wife (like the 10 cow wife one better) however it didn't work out. I have done the family thing for the last 25 years, divorce has been over for several years now. I have spent the time since then reflecting and healing. I am very cautious . . . so please don't take my not giving out personal information as anything other than that . . . being cautious. If I'm quiet and not responding if you tell me something its because I am listening to you. I'm usually quiet and reserved till you get to know me and then you can kinda kiss that one goodbye. I have a wicked sense of humor and will try most anything once, twice if I like it. I have a strong sense of right and wrong and I walk close with GOD. I do believe in the golden rule. While I do not have any advanced degrees I have studied a multitude of different subjects, from music, art, science, to politics. I'm very opinionated however will not argue over things that when the chaff is blown away will not matter anyway. I'm helpful and kind and have always strived to be a Proverbs 31 woman. I'm not shocked by much . . . well after the initial shock that is. I recover quickly most times and then its your turn. : ) I can be very creative. I'm passionate and think the glass is always 1/2 full and always looking for ways to fill it the rest of the way to overflowing. I follow my heart and my convictions.

Ya know, ya gotta love Black Friday. Getting the BFF out of bed (she's a bit grumpy) in the morning and introducing her to shopping for tools. Course the grumpy might come from pounding on the door at 3:30 to get her up to go. Oh and the bouncing on the bed while she has the covers over her head screaming NO I"M NOT GOING. (put a whole lot of emotion in the screaming) I almost forgot we were a couple hours early . . . and one of the kids had the great idea to lock the car doors and the horn started beeping when she got out. That set the horn of a near by car off too. w00t She now sits in her kitchen with an air of satisfaction and a smile on her face. We can't figure out if it is because of all those shiny new tools or sheer exhaustion. hahaha

Update: She told me she was laying in bed trying to take a nap and was smiling at all the fun she had. . . . She's going to go to bed at 8pm Thanksgiving night so she can get up to do it again next year. :) I believe that is called "Mission Accomplished"
