I'm an anthropologist who researches music, Halloween, and rituals. I go to gigs a lot, indie music in particular and even got to make that a specialization in my work. It made it so that I have been able to make my favorite thing into my occupation. I have boundless energy. I go to indie gigs all the time. I meet strangers with a smile and this has led to some of the best friends and experiences. I prefer being enthusiastic to being blase. I've been told I exude sexiness, which is flattering.

On a first date, I prefer to meet for coffee. I do it with my friends, so I like to do it with meeting new people. I don't think you can really know how you get along with someone until you are with them in person, photos, texts and descriptions only tell you so much. I start off traditional, but once I figure out that there is something clicking, then dinners, gigs, and things that get listed on LAist. I do like getting dressed up for someone I like and appreciates it.
