I am looking to make friends only, have found me a fishie and we are now engaged as of 22 Dec. 2007, loving this journey I have started with her.
With this said, I have little time for chatting online and I also attend POF parties and have joined my fishie in Hosting/Co-Hosting parties down here in the Shwa area. I wish the Barrie area POF'ers the best of luck, going to miss hosting the parties up there but will drop in once in a while.

I beleive every thing happens for a reason and that people come in and out of our life for many reasons, I am very happy to have her come into my life. The great thing about the POF get togethers is that you get to meet people in a safe and fun setting wich allows you to meet people for who they are, not for what they post.
As for my interests, they vary greatly and I am always open to trying new things. I like to keep active and love the outdoors and nature.
Some of the latest things I have enjoyed was a Sweat Lodge Healing Ceremony and a Sweat Lodge Awakening Ceremony,learning more about Reiki and hope to take a course in the coming months. I am also enjoying Dancing With The Wheel: The Medicine Wheel Workbook. My fishie and I have just recently decided to start our own Photography business together, we are looking so forward to this as we work so well together and as many of you know I love taking pics and have a few thousand pics from the POF events from the last couple of years.
I wish many more people would take the first step, rather than sitting reading profiles and the forums, get out and attend a POF event or two. If you are a little shy then message one of the hosts for the event! We are more than happy to lend a hand, after all we have all been there! I attended my first POF event back in 2005, and have met some of the most amazing people and have had many great times! The fist event I did not know a single person, walked into the event and the host welcomed me and introduced me to a few people! The first few minutes of the event I was unsure and hesitant about what to expect! The next thing I knew the event was over and I had met a few new friends and could not wait for the next event! Over the years I have hosted/co-hosted events so that others can have the opportunities I had. It changed my life, started me down a new path that has taken me to some of the best times and led me to some of the dearest friends a person could have. All this because I took that first little step and attended a event. Rather than reading about it in the forums and seeing the pictures the days after, sitting back and making excuses why I should not attend, faced my fears and forced my feet to carry me thru the door into the event! It was the most rewarding decission I have made! I have seen many people find thier fishie, and even had the pleasure of attending and photographing a wedding of a couple of my friends who met on POF! I would highly recommend that anyone debating on attending an event, just do it and meet a lot of great people! Life is too short not to live life with love!

Currently living with a special lady, see POF really works. Only here for the forums and friends I have made, and of course I could not give up hosting/co-hosting parties as I get a lot of enjoyment seeing everyone having a great time and meeting new people.
