Ok going to be honest and upfront, I believe that is the only way to be! I have always been the type to be in long term relationships and have recently discovered its so hard to find a well rounded guy, good hearted man, and think its time I may need to try to just date. I have heard a lot about this website and thought why not give it a try for myself.

So first a little about me: ( and please, if there is anything on here you don't like or agree with, simply don't contact me because I have learned that there is no need for me to change the person I am for someone else. Want someone who can accept how I look at life and accept me for the person I am)

* so obviously a big part of my life is sports oriented. I have played club soccer since I can remember. To try new things I then went to volleyball, tennis, softball, and golf. Grew up going on fishing trips with the dad, and still love to go and do this when I get the time. Besides playing sports, I love sitting on the couch for sunday football or catching a rays game while having a casual beer at the pub.
* absolutely love to try new things, going to new places, eating new foods, just experiences new adventures in general
* I am very goal oriented. I just graduated from USF with an Engineering degree and plan on going back for my Masters to continue expanding my knowledge.
A very important part of me and my life is my family. They mean the world to me and without them definitely would not be where I am today. I have great friends and try to only surround myself with those who have a positive outlook on life and who want to enjoy life to the fullest.

I could keep going on but think it is much better to get to know someone for yourself.

Now what I am looking for in a guy:
* Must be honest ( most important) Not looking into playing games or trying to "figure" someone out
* Must be able to laugh at life and be able to make the best out of any situation. I take life as it comes at me and want the same with the person I am with, don't get along with those who fret or stress over the little things
* Must, Must , Must love to play or watch sports, be outdoors, be on or in the water and up to experience new adventures
* You have to be smart. Don't need a genius just someone who can carry on a conversation past sports, drinking and the newest hang out spot.

Some friends say I am a picky person when it comes to guys, but I just look at it as I know what I want, what works and what wouldn't work and I am not trying to waste my time on something that would obviously not work out for me. That's all

What I would do for a first date? Don't really think I can sit here and say what I would and wouldn't do on a first date, I think that is something that you find out as you go. Obviously when you meet someone you have some kind of common ground or interest and would have to say that would be a good direction to go in for a date.

But, like I mentioned before I like a lot of things so I would be curious to see what ideas are out there!
