Hello. I was reading this article the other day that linked the amount of time you spend watching television to your happiness. The study found that people who described themselves as happy were more socially active, attended more religious services and read more newspapers. Unhappy people, however, watched more television. That being said I watch to much television. I wrote this profile a few months back and just realized that the first paragraph I had written is just horrible. It really was meant to be a joke, maybe that's why no one has sent me any messages. Go figure. I really am not unhappy. So here I am revising. Maybe I should just remove that paragraph entirely. Tell me what you think.

Why am I here? Well I guess like everyone, I'm looking for SEX. Okay, I know that's totally inappropriate and totally NOT TRUE and probably won't help me get any responses. But the humor in it shows a bit about myself. So here's what I'm really hoping to get out of this personal ad. A FRIEND. See over the past to year I have gone through a lot of life changes. Mainly, the separation from my ex. We are still friends, but we have grown apart. So I'm not looking to fill a void in my life. I'm not looking for someone to take her place. What I'm looking for is someone who might like to join me to go catch a concert or maybe even a play. I have a whole list of concerts and plays I would like to go see. Someone who might want to take a stroll through the Audobon Zoo or sit and chat over coffee and beignets at Cafe du Monde. So at first a friend and if anything develops then it does.
