I'm definitely ambitious and talented but sometimes that can take a back seat if I have a girl on my mind.
Im totally unique one of a kind, I can be Serious and Professional about my job, and look forward to relaxing with friends or if i happen to be dating someone at the time.
Ive been in serious relationships and i do enjoy them, however they're not for everyone and im aware of that. I'm usually really easy going, sometimes the unfortunate ones learn that I'm hard to take advantage of.


Right now my short term goals are too finish paying off some business debt and grow my business into a turn key operation. i want a house in the near future but i'm really looking forward to getting another vehicle shortly and it's definitely gonna be a dodge pickup :)

Long term goals are a family, successful business, flipping houses and property development, maybe another business venture or two and travel.
I'm definitely not a pushover, I usually don't quit until I've achieved what I want. I have many talents when it comes to construction and renovations. And anything involved. There's no one my age that does what I can do, and I'm proud of that. I've never been handed anything so I truly understand the value of hard work, dedication and perseverance. I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I hope to find a good looking girl who is ready to settle down in the next few years, but for now let's enjoy the time we have. Lazy people bother me. Mooches bother me more.

And I'm not shallow, but I'm definitely attracted to a girl with the whole package. Ie :looks (long curly/wavy hair is sexy) decent body, (no need to be perfect, but still very attractive, I love a great ass, personality, a career in mind, openness, honest, sense of humor. Romantic... I know that's not too much to ask.
When I have time on my hands, I like spending sundays on a couch watching a movie and relaxing with my . I'm really an open book and I do enjoy being approached by woman too.
