To start off I'd like to say that I don't care what you do for a living, if you own a house, have toys or how much money you have.

What I do care about is what your heart, soul and mind are like. I am stuck on a few qualities... We should be similar, although not necessarily the same in all respects... The one thing I want is someone who is craving the one thing I am.
Someone to start and share a life with.

I am not looking to date anyone for a long period of time. If after say 2 months, we are still dating....(Seeing each other once a week and not sure if it's going anywhere.) It's not what I am looking for and I will move on...

I am at a place in my life where I want to settle down. Although I am not about to settle. In the last year I have really gotten to know myself.

There is a woman I have seen in my dreams... When we are together anything we are doing is fun. (Or at least more enjoyable)
We can have a conversation from across a crowded room without saying a word.
Holding each other our breathing rates slow...Everything is right.

If we are together long enough nothing should come between us. Not friends, family, work or random drama.
Us against the world.
Better together...

This may all seem ideal and possibly unrealistic... It Isn't!
Too many people settle down with the wrong person for loneliness, boredom or material reasons.

Recently I thought I had found the woman I have been searching for... She was smart and funny, beautiful inside and out... Unfortunately even with all the fireworks, tingles and romantic moments... we were in much different places in our lives.
I want to have an adult relationship. (I can't believe I have to say that...?) Highschool was long ago for me. I will not put up with games. I am looking for someone to spend weekends and (some) evenings with.

My parents have a great marriage. They are my model for the relationship I am looking for. My dad still opens the car door for my mom... Relationships like that take a long time to build, but if you start off with the right person and have similar morals, values and goals, success is much more likely.
