About Me

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cbk980jV7Ao

I don't actually know what the difference between "hang out" and "dating" might be, or more importantly what you might perceive it to be... so I'll just clarify: I'm looking to meet someone who is sweet, funny, totally adorable, loyal and honest. Take it slow, see how things go... maybe something awesome will come of it :)

My hobbies include, but are not limited to: golfing, hockey, BBQs, social gatherings with my good friends, joking about.

I've never found any concrete evidence that life is supposed to be taken seriously. As a result, I think (???), I have acquired a dry and often dark sense of humour. Some of the people that know me the best are still baffled by the things I come up with.

If you don't seriously think that I'm an idiot or a freak every once in a while, then I fear for your sanity. That being said, I can have those deep conversations that are all the rage these days.

I work as an electrical engineer for our local transit system. If you're a trolley bus enthusiast, then I can answer all your questions from, "Why are these buses so d*mn cool?" to "what is cooler than a trolley bus?".

Some of my favorite moments of my life have been:
Living in Australia for a year
Designing and building an indoor plant machine
Winning a very important table tennis competition
Spent with friends and family

Some of the worst moments of my life have been:
Difficult breakups
Losing loved ones
Realizing that my cat is gone
Spent with supporting friends and family

Things you should know about me:
I really like to give affection
I really like to receive affection
I love animals
My humour might scare you
I'll make you delicious dinners

Things you shouldn't know about me (but would find out later anyways):
I don't believe in global warming
I leave the toilet seat up
I like to be destructive every now and then
I talk to cats and they understand me

Music - well, I used to be such a rocker. I still am, but at least I can appreciate all the other good music out there. I mostly listen to the radio because I like to hear local traffic, news, information and music from our city. I listened to internet radio when I lived in Oz because it helped with my home-sickness.

First Date
I really like first dates, though I don't really have them all that often. But I welcome the nervous and excited feelings that come with it. Something like an easy coffee and good conversation is where I'm in my element. How about you?

Davics_dadOh stop it, Susan!!! You're just going to embarass him! Do you want to scare all these nice ladies away? Just let him do his thing. We shouldn't be snooping at his profile anyways. -Dave's Dad

Davics_momHi everyone, this is Dave's mom. I just wanted to say what a kind boy and son he is. He always makes me laugh and he gets along with his brothers so well. It's always nice to see them all together :) I'm so proud of all my boys. I have to warn you though. Dave can be a little trouble maker when he gets that look in his eyes. I remember when he was about 2 or 3, I caught him drawing with crayons all over the living room wall! I told him no, and tried to clean the crayon off with toothpaste. Well, a few hours go by and I find David, again, in the living room drawing all over the walls... only this time he's using toothpaste instead of crayon.

Davic has 2 roses that can be sent.
