I consider myself to be a loyal, respectful, funloving woman who spends a lot of time working and finding things to occupy my time, i.e. reading, working out, meeting new people, solving the worlds problems, etc. I have definetly evolved into this thing called a grown up and consider myself to be well-traveled, educated and always up for a challenge or a good joke. I have served in the Army in some form or fashion for the last 13 years so that in itself should tell you a lot about my value system.

There is so much in life to enjoy and appreciate, some things/traits I respond well to include loyalty, comedy, humor, passion, romance, goals, physical fitness, ambition, ideals, art, nature, love, spiritualism, open-mindedness, literature, dedication, philosophy, empathy, kindness and of course, honesty.

I am interested in meeting a man who is able to look at life optimistically and that doesn't live thriving on all the drama and stress life throws at us on a daily basis. Life is to short not to truly take joy in every day living. A man who is comfortable in a crowded room or being by themselves. Someone who doesn't need to be the center of attention but can be without knowing they are. A man who know's what chivalry is. A person who is able to formulate their own thoughts and ideas and knows the difference between a debate and a discussion. A person who can take charge, I have a high-stress job and I don't want to have to be in charge and make all the decisions in the relationship as well. Someone who looks at life as something to be experienced not just lived. A person who can appreciate the beauty of art, nature, laughter and the universe as a whole. Oh, and someone who knows how to articulate a complete sentence is pretty cool to.

UPDATE:
I didn't think I would have to do this so soon but evidently I have to say this. If you are looking for a one night stand, a quick fling, or anything along those lines please look elsewhere, move on, go away, etc. Getting laid is easy, I want more....

A walk, a hike, dinner, horse back riding, ball game, amusement park, the zoo, a museum, etc. It honestly doesn't matter as long as we can talk and get to know one another.
