So.. here I begin....I am looking for that friend in life to share all that life has. I would like to find someone that holds my attention in not only how they laugh and smile and carry on their daily life, but that attraction that holds that gleam and fire that we share only between us. Someone that I can offer a shoulder when needed as well as seek that shoulder when I need it. I like where I am in life, self confident and self assured yet not egotistical about who I am. I would like to find someone that is not pushy, rude, has patience with things that do not happen right away. Someone that looks at life as a journey and each turn is something new to learn from, no matter what the consequence since that is how I am. I was very liberal as a young man, still hold some of those values within but I seem to shift at times, depending on the subject, slightly to the right. I enjoy quiet times at home. I love to cook and keep my home nice. I bought my home because of the kitchen. I enjoy quiet mornings with a fresh cup of coffee as the morning light begins the day and read the daily paper. I am a morning person. I have a very active sense of humor and I hope to find someone that also has that sense also......Oh yes... I love going shopping, sometimes just to window shop. I enjoy dinning out and finding new places. I love weekend getaways. I enjoy dancing very much. I am very good with my hands and it seems that there is not to many things that I can not do. I have lived in this valley for 50 yrs. I had worked for the same company for the past 30 yrs. I retired 3 years and started a small business but finally felt that I wanted to have time for myself so now i am foot loose and fancy free.... I am very stable and very responsible. I am a father of two sons, 28 and 23, and a grandfather of three. I miss seeing them since they live in Northern CA. I have taken the first step in this journey by placing this "hello" out there for you, I hope you take the next step and say "hello" back.

To meet for a drink or coffee would be best to discover that all so important attraction and appeal... no lunch or dinner.. if one of us didn't have that important factor of appeal... a long lunch or dinner would be very uncomfortable for one of us... but... if after meeting and there is appeal... then all options are on the table for what the next encounter would hold...
