Fitness has been a priority in my life for over 20 years with no end in sight. Be it weight training, yoga or circus arts, I am a frequent, intense and chronic exerciser. Health is a privilege to be cultivated and not taken for granted, and I look forward to a long and functional lifespan. Plus, being presentable in the nude never hurt anyone.

Though fitness is a huge priority for me, so is the thoughtful side of life. I regard one's intelligence, humanity and character as muscles also in need of regular exercise. Though I am a demanding skeptic, I am humble before the profundities of life. Though I can often be intellectual, my more cerebral side is thankfully eclipsed by an ever-expanding mid-western sense of humor and values. Treat others as you wish to be treated and expect of them only what you first demand of yourself.
