When I'm not working my graphic design day job I'm a music journalist. I keep a blog at www.5songsinarow.com. I'm also a Contributing Writer for an independent music magazine. All of my hobbies have something to do with music. Going to record shops to dig for new and used vinyl. Going to shows. Etc. Etc. Etc.

When I'm not doing those things I'm out with friends having a beer somewhere and arguing whether or not a certain band's new album is good or not.

I'm also working on a novel and going back to school for journalism.

I love going out or staying in. Either one is fine by me.

Bands I enjoy: Grizzly Bear, Neko Case, Band Of Horses, Big Business, The Knife, The National, Oceansize, Minus The Bear, Otis Redding, Mew, Kings of Leon, Andrew Bird, Radiohead...the list goes on and on.

I'm looking for someone that would compliment my own likes and dislikes without them having to be the same. We are all different and that's what making new connections is all about- The randomness. I prefer subtlety instead of the grossness of in your face antics. Though sometimes when the mood strikes me I can be a bit outspoken and direct.
