I'm looking for a serious relationship with a fun, stimulating, intelligent woman. I'm a lot younger than my age: I love music; play in bands; camp; hike; bike; live on the beach; travel and crave adventure. I raised step kids and would love to start a family now with the right woman. I'd also settle for just being with the right woman, so I'm somewhat flexible.
I've lived a successful life around the arts and writing. A liberal arts person who made it a career, which is fairly unusual these days. I watch little TV, but when I do I favor either great stuff on HBO or plain goofy stuff including bad reality shows, food channel, Bill Maher, Talk Soup. But that's like one day a week. I love movies, of most kinds. I'm always reading something and writing something. I have no tattoos, a clean slate. In fact, a lot of my life feels like a clean slate, ready to begin the next adventure.

First date: hike the redwoods...walk the beach....coffee....drive up the coast.....movie....talk and more talk ....make a fire...go to the aquarium....go to a great concert....

Of course we can vet each other over coffee and see if there is a spark to do the other fun stuff.
