I've been in Sarasota for a few years now, transplanted from Worcester, Massachusetts. I still know very little about the area and would love for someone to show me around.

Me: I presently work full-time in the organic produce distribution industry, having started doing that soon after moving here, and will most likely stay in that field. My main profession thoughout the years however, has been in the body art industry. I've been a Master Body Art Practitioner for well over ten years now, having worked in some of the most famous and well-respected studios in New England. Though I don't work in the field presently, it is a huge part of my life.

I'm physically fit, as I ride a bike to get around. (I choose not to drive for many personal and socially responsible reasons, so please don't ask if it's because of a DUI, for that's not one of them! And if you can't deal with the fact that I'm just fine living my life this way, that's your hangup, and society's, not mine...) Some days I think I'm attractive, other days not so much, so I'm really not too involved with it, if YOU enjoy how I look, that's all that matters I guess. I do have quite a few tattoos and body piercings, as well as other 'heavy' body modifications. If you like that, great! If not, I don't need to hear it...

You: Obviously, I'd like to meet someone physically attractive, but honestly, your state of mind can be just as sexy and beautiful, and goes a long way. Besides, my idea of what's beautiful in a woman is probably not the 'typical American male' stereotype. I prefer short over tall, brunettes over blondes, geeks and tomboys over 'models', smaller breasts over bigguns' ;), etc. I can see the value in everyone though, so all should apply!

One thing I want little to do with is physical/sexual issues. Girls, you're all beautiful! You don't need to overdo the makeup, think you have to weigh 110lbs or be embarrassed in 'those' situations. Just be fit, fun and yourself. 'Nuff said...

I'm looking for someone with similar interests: Movies, music, beer, the aforementioned body arts, bicycling, frisbee-playing, swimming at the beach, fishing, computers, skateboarding, etc. I'm a pretty varied guy and have been called a Jack-of-all-trades in most aspects of my life... Hell, I can even ride a unicycle! ;)

Simplicity is key. A slow bike ride or walk in a park, coffee at an out of the way cafe, early drinks at a quiet bar... Something that allows for some casual chit-chat to get to know each other better. Besides, if it doesn't go well, neither side is too invested in money or time! ;)

Movies, live music and the like are for later, when non-verbal communication is more understood.
