I am a wine collector and enthusiast, (oenophile, lol). I like: jazz, blues rock and classical music (listening and concerts); legitimate theatre; the beach, sailing, swimming; biking; general fitness; wining and dining; proper nutrition; history of art, literature, music, architecture, antiques; reading fiction and non-fiction; visiting museums and art galleries; antique and collectable autos; traveling; photography. I just got into golf and am struggling with it but enjoying the struggle.
I have been successfull in two olympic level sports-cycling and speed skating. I have had a successful sales career in Information Technology which allowed me to retire early and persue real estate investing.

A first date should include an opportunity to have a lively conversation to learn about each other. It shouldn't be too intense so it could be as simple as a ****tail, a cup of coffee or a dinner that might include some entertainment so there would still be time to interact and have some fun. I think that during initial communication a good first date that appeals to both can be selected and arranged.
