I like hanging in coffee shops, finding new places to eat, driving, taking trips to the beach or to the mountains. I really enjoy hunting and gathering and avoiding hungry predators. I hate TV passionately. Movies are ok, films are great. I like music with discernible lyrics and *cough* MELODY *cough*. I like alternative rock, punk and other genres that I am not cool enough to know the label of. A couple of bands I like: Cake, Radiohead, NOFX. I think I would love surfing if it did not distract so much from my love of not being eaten by sharks. I'm not into watching sports at all, though I am active an love to play sports and games with friends. I love going on hikes. I recently started cycling, which I am excited about.

I have a career which I enjoy, but I don't talk much about to friends. I'm a land surveyor. Few people seem to know what we do. I always happy to tell people about what I do if they are interested. I'm a very independent person. I would like to have my own business one day and never be beholden to boss's opinion or a paycheck. Being in the engineering field I have to say that I am a geek. I like geeky thing and I can probably fix your computer.

I would like to meet people with interests in politics, science, life, the universe and everything... I'm a very laid back person, but I do keep strong opinions and convictions. I appreciate those qualities in others as well. Also, my roomate says the fact that I can work on cars and bake in the same day is a plus. The central coast is a great place to live. I'm hoping to find someone to share great experiences with.

I like sitting down for coffee and conversation. Hiking on a local trail is a great way to spend time with someone and get to know them. I love going out to nice restaurants for a great dinner, wine and conversation. Anywhere we can talk one on one without a lot of distractions.
