I enjoy keeping myself physically (and metro-sexual) fit. And when I'm not pushing my body (in/out at the gym), I read spiritual and business-related books, watch new romantic-comedy or sci-fi releases, attend street art/music festivals/fares and parades, and occasionally hit dancing night-spots; (when I am not juggling 1.50 jobs, that is.) I also keep abreast of current events by reading Chicago area newspapers and watching TV news progams religiously in order to feel connected to the world and environment around me.

Seeking a compatible partner who will be a compliment to me mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Prefer a companion who is comfortable/secure with his own sexuality and who is "out" to his family and friends. Would like someone that is willing to grow with me and encourage me to become a better/more successful person -- as I would do the same for him. (Looking for that special friend/lover who is somewhat professional, educated and intelligent. (And has no major issues/addictions!)

I have an educational background in public relations and marketing and working towards restarting my career and launching my own PR firm. Would possibly like to relocate to a sunnier state. (Or at least close on my first residential property in the Chicago s/w suburbs soon.) Looking forward to going back to school for my masters degree (and learn to speak fluent spanish). Maybe train to run/walk in a 30-mile marathon race. (Researching the most suitable "blog" venue to journal regular postings.)

I am a down to earth, charismatic/energetic person with lots of integrity and high morals/standards. (And I am especially nice person too:-) As I've gotten older, I've worked towards becoming less judgmental of others and evolved into being more kinder, more compassionate and respectful. I have a dry/witty sence of humor, (and I love to laugh), but I would never wish to be insulting or purposely rude/ignorant. I live by the "golden rule" and the concept that we are all connected spiritually. I genuinely value one's feelings/opinions but not at the expense of compromising/sacrificing my own. Nor am I afraid to standup/fight for myself, my beliefs and for what's right. And when time permits, I utilize my PR skills and volunteer in the community when I can. (I ain't no saint, however, or perfect:-)

I love upbeat, happy dance beats/music, a little bit country, classical and lounge, (but no hip-hop, rap or heavy metal). Ocasionally, I enjoy tearing up the night-club dance floor ('cause it's sexy and aerobic), but I rarely drink -- at all. (Nor am I into the bar culture of frequent nights clubbing each week, excessive alcohol, smoking, drugs or casual hook-up sex.)

Open to suggestions. Prefer to discuss options - together - once we phoned. (Also, to me it's not a "date" if there is not some form of physical intimacy; otherwise it was just coffee and/or whatever - just kidding:-)
