I kinda wonder about these dating sites. Does it work for real people like us? Does it matter if it's a pay-to-play site? Seems awfully one-way at times. Maybe it's because I'm a doof and nobody wants to respond? Hmmm...... Is the reason because there's guys out there ruining it for the rest of us? Getting to know someone by reading stuff in profiles is a good start, but it just leaves something out. Let's start with messages/email. What's wrong with meeting for a conversation? If there's no spark, then we go our separate ways. What's the worst thing that could happen? I become the subject of future conversations about jerks?

For a first date. Hmmm... I guess first thing is to meet someone. Then impress the heck out of them with my immense dorkyness. When we do meet for the first time, I'll be so nervous and awkward, that you will wonder "Where the heck did this guy come from"? That will probably seal the deal. We'll go our separate ways, in search of a mate for life. Or Not......
