I think that friendship is the basis of all relationships, built on good conversation and shared times plus that special spark or chemistry. Would like to meet someone just for simple things like going for coffee, dinner, or a movie. I have two children and enjoy watching them participate in their sports. Having gone through an extremely painful divorce, I believe that adversity makes you stronger, but I am tired of being alone and am currently looking for new experiences and people in my life. Onward and upward, they say and now it is my time to move on.

Haven't had extensive dating experience post divorce, but have been out a few times and know what I want. Someone to connect with intellectually and emotionally. Looks are not as important as personality.

I don't have a really good photo of myself, but this is me at work. Remember, I'm a librarian, but that doesn't mean I don't like to have fun! I just like to read, but I also like to do other things. Physical fitness is important to me. I used the handle "likes to swim" because this is Plenty of Fish and I am learning to swim virtually, but I also work out at the health club by swimming laps.

I would just like to go out for coffee or a drink and really get to know the person, just by talking. Would love to connect with someone over drinks and good conversation.Then we'll see what goes from there.
