I'm a down to earth guy living in Ontario, Canada. I'm virtually the opposite of the stereotypical North American male: I don't care for sports, I'm not an ***hole, and I'm far too nice for my own well being.

I've always been somewhat introverted, but not completely, I still enjoy a night on the town, but I won't be doing anything crazy or reckless. That's the way I am, and the way its going to continue.

Not to make this a big deal, but I think that this can be a deal breaker sometimes so I'll just get it out in the open. As far as religious beliefs go, I choose to have none and remain an atheist. It's a decision that I have made and have no intentions of converting. I just don't have any sense of belief that there is a god or higher power and that we are here just because we are.

I'm not a fan or winter, never have been, never will be. Not that I have anything against Christmas, but my best Christmases were the ones with no snow!

My greatest hobby is being a musician. I play the drums, guitar, bass, and occasionally sing (although I am extraordinary critical of my own voice). I enjoy playing at local gigs, and mixing and producing my own songs.

I have a college diploma in software engineering, so you know that I have good computer smarts. Although you wouldn't have to worry about me being a total nerd however, I will favor a social outing over sitting in front of the computer needlessly.

I won't lie, I still live at home with my parents. No, I do not have independence issues, I have ambitious plans to buy a house and avoid the entire apartment phase, so I figured a couple extra years at home will allow me to reach that goal faster. I am a web developer doing various maintenance of a few websites. Real nerdy stuff!

I'm looking for somebody who wants something long term. Somebody who is ready for a relationship and is somebody who is down to earth, with a good head on their shoulders and won't lie, cheat, steal, and all the usual negative characteristics of a person. I've been through a lot of dates where the girls tended to flip flop on what they really wanted. If you're not looking for a long term commitment, you've come to the wrong place. That's the offer on the table, take it or leave it.

Not to sound offensive, but I would prefer a woman who doesn't have kids. I just feel that I want to mutually share the experience with her right from the very start!
