It makes sense to tell you what I'm looking for in my counter-part... Unfortunately, it seems that what I think is right for me, is not! I think it's time to throw myself to the mercy of fate and see what life brings to me. That being said, here I am!

I'm a single dad of two beautiful little boys. They are 6 and 3, and I am the residential parent. My life is structured so that I am a "stay-at-home" dad during the day, and I work at night when things have settled around the house. Although I do a few things as part of my career, I am primarily a professional musician. Yep, you got it... The same old classic story... Mr. Mom by day, rock-star by night. You've probably heard that tale a thousand times, so I apologize for boring you with the mundane.

I own a home with a decent amount of land (about 5 acres) and love being able to come back to escape the faster pace of urban living. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a shut-in :) I just enjoy being able to kick back in private when being surrounded by people gets to be too much.

I love trying new things... Food, wine, movies, books, travel... My mind is like a sponge, and I love nothing more than soaking in new experiences. I enjoy being active just as much as I love being a couch-potato when time allows. Outside is great, but I'm not a huge fan of the sun. I guess my line of work has given me an appreciation for the night-owl lifestyle.

My ideal match could be anyone! I really have no idea. I've analyzed myself to death and decided what would be perfect for me, but I've never been right :) I'm at a place now where I'm tired of thinking about it, and I'm choosing to relax and let my soul-mate find me. I always tell my kids "If you're lost, just stay put"
