Hello! I'm a recent graduate from Auburn University and I've been sworn in and commissioned into the Air Force as a Second Lieutenant. I'm currently in Monterey Park working and pursuing two passion projects of mine.

So a few random facts about me in no particular order:

(1) I'm a HUGE gym rat. I'm easily at the gym every single day of the week, and I got some game when it comes to basketball and tennis. As I absolutely detest running on the hamster wheel, I've recently been trying to pick up soccer, volleyball, swimming, and any sport that requires you to run/jump/hop/skip.

(2) Recently I've crowned Lifehouse as the king of my eardrums. Previous title holders include Maroon 5, Chevelle, Nickelback, and Linkin Park. Linkin Park was at the top of the list the longest; however, a relative recently pointed out to me that Linkin Park is essentially "angry music." After some contemplation, I realized I could not come up with a true rebuttal to that statement. On the flip side, you could say their recent music is more "friendly."

(3) I'm a big fan of movies & TV shows. At the top of my hot list are The West Wing, 24, Entourage, Smallville, Supernatural, Wild N Out, Sex & The City, Band of Brothers, Generation Kill, and America's Best Dance Crew. I also prefer South Park's humor over Family Guy and the Daily Show over the Colbert Report.

(4) After I hit my midlife crisis, I plan on moving to Hollywood and becoming a B-List actor.

(5) I'm not really a "bling bling" type of person - I would rather drive a Toyota Prius than a Ferrari. However, all bets are off when it comes to Lamborghinis and Tesla Roadsters - those babies are wicked sweet.

(6) I've been casually trying to learn Spanish for the longest time, and I feel ridiculously moronic that I took French, "the language of love", in high school, considering I have yet to meet 5 people that speak French. Nor has my knowledge of French had any positive effect on my love life. Ideally, one day I hope to be fully trilingual in the three most spoken languages in the world.

(7) As far as career advancement, I am currently studying for the GRE and getting both a MBA and MISE as soon as possible. My career goal is to make the world a better place to live in for ourselves and our kids, one way or the other. And no, I don't take myself that seriously.

(8) I'm really hoping that through the USAF I will end up in either Hawaii, Italy, Germany, or Japan, but it is equally possible that I may end up in a desert in Afghanistan. At least I'll get a tan there.

(9) I've entertained the idea about getting a tattoo of a cute and playful orange kitten with ferocious-looking claws on the back of my right shoulder. For example, Puss In Boots from Shrek when he was a kitten. I don't know why, but I think it speaks volumes about my personality.

(10) I CRAVE interesting conversations (and people who can supply it). Some people crave chocolate, coffee, or crack cocaine; I instead crave the feeling of euphoria that comes from hearing someone say something that I could not instantly predict was coming out of the said person's mouth. I also feel that way about fried chicken.

(11) A much more concise way to describe me is that I'm an ENTJ and I'm an athletic nerd. Though I don't really believe in astrology, the fact that I'm a Leo also seems to describe me pretty well.

(12) Though the censor on my mouth generally works great in public (as politeness/etiquette are a gentleman's constant), people that know me know that I try to "keep it real." Not like Chapelle Show end-up-in-jail kind of real, but someone who hates the idea of a polite, shallow, and mirthless relationship.

I'm not very ambitious - I just want to see if we can carry on a conversation first without awkward silences and the safe haven that is your Blackberry and my fantasizing that I am currently in a coma. :-) All kidding aside, I'm pretty easy to get along with.
