After working as the eyes and ears of Joe and Jane public for many years, this mirror of society we hold up to our fellow citizens as part of being the media still reflects a complex and hard yet beautiful and hopeful world.

I enjoy my profession, probably to much, because it has given me the opportunity to experience and explore the people, places and events that shape our world with a vantage point and access pass most people don't have. I am well travelled, have worked both locally and nationally and feel that we all have a responsibility to be contributing members of society.

My schedule would not be considered normal (news is a 24/7 business) but I do make time for the special people in my life. I'm a stand up and steady-cam kind of guy who also appreciates the lighter side of life. Staying fit is a priority for me. I like to cook, among other things, especially on the BBQ. Some friends nickname me CHEF but I only cook for good conversation in return. I have been known to ask a lot of questions stemming from a universal interest in understanding the story behind the big bang picture.I get it honestly tho from working news for many years and it does lead to stimulating conversations.

I have a 15 year old daughter. We have a very good relationship. She is in high school and is a good student. She is with me a couple of days a week and is at her mothers the rest of the time.

I'm fishing for a fit and independent woman to navigate the currents and tides of life's oceans and streams with. Maybe, you and I could swim together?
