Hello out there, how are you? I am a young at heart fifty year old, and I try to stay young by working out regularly. I am definitely an outdoor person. I love to ride horses when I get the chance and I love the cottage life. I enjoy power walks on the beach, as well as hiking and biking. I also love working around the yard, I’ll do just about anything that will keep me outdoors! I also enjoy road trips around Canada and the US. I enjoy watching most sports, especially hockey. I grew up watching Hockey Night in Canada.. My 3 children are very important to me, my two oldest are both over 18, youngest is 16.

I'm looking for someone who knows who they are and what they want as I do and not afraid to go after it. I'm looking for an intelligent, kind man with great character. He will be similar to me... someone who is at a similar stage in his life....yet have differences that will make life exciting. My needs are pretty basic, respect, honesty, communication, and a warm and true heart. I'm looking to have a relationship with my best friend, someone who I can have fun with, and someone who has the maturity to work through the tough times. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated myself. If you can make me laugh, all I can do is keep you laughing which I'm real good at. I already have a great career and I'm very self-sufficient, and happy with my life, so I'm not looking for someone to make it better, rather a friend to share it with.

When it comes to a first meeting, my only hope is that even though a first meeting can tend to be somewhat of an interview, that we make it so it doesn't feel like one.
