Hello, my name is Paul, and I've lived in Portland since graduating college about 4 years ago and have lived in Oregon since moving here from Maui, Hawaii in the early 90s. I'm tall, honest, smart and I try to be funny. Whether I am or not I guess that's up to you. I stay active by playing basketball, golfing and occasionally running/jogging. When at home I enjoy surfing the net, playing video games, watching movies and reading all kinds of material from comics and magazines to books and online articles. I tend to be kind of quiet and loyal sometimes to a fault. I'm a bit of a geek really. Honestly, if you'd like to discuss something else I'd probably be pretty good at it unless it's movies. I do watch movies often but I'm not the guy who knows every part every character in every movie has ever had. I'm looking forward to being done with winter at some point in the hopefully near future. Basically cold weather doesn't agree with me. I'm a big fan of summer and am always looking forward to it getting here.

I’m all for doing something fun on a first date but not too time consuming. Something like bowling, miniature golf, pool, or maybe even the old reliable dinner and a movie but flipped around. Movie first makes more sense to me cause then you've at least got a jumping off point for dinner conversation.
