Where to begin? I'd first like to thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I'd also like to say that, if I've added your profile to my favorites list, this means that something in your profile caught my eye and impressed me.
As for me, I'm a hopeless romantic, a considerate and honest man. I'm a hard worker and I'm working to build something that I, and my partner, can be proud of and cherish. I love what some term as "chick flicks." These would be movies like The Notebook, The American President, An Affair To Remember, When Harry Met Sally, etc. I also enjoy action adventures, mysteries and westerns.
I love the beach, the mountain water falls, dining with someone special, slow dancing, a walk in the park, a drive in the country and a good live concert now and again. I am comfortable in my Wrangler 13MWZ jeans, or a business suit and like to lounge in a pair of old cotton shorts.
My taste in music vary from Sounthern Gospel to Blues. I'm a musician and made my living playing music for nearly thirty years as both an opening act and a headliner. I've even played Las Vegas a couple times, in my youth. I play piano, guitar, bass and dable with the harmonica once in a while ( the dogs love it when I do).
I believe in God, attend church, read my Bible daily and pray. I'm not a stuffed shirt by any means and I do enjoy laughing with friends, both Christian and non-Christian.

I'm looking for a special woman. She should be a woman I can talk with, laugh with, dance with and share my deepest secrets with and she the same with me. She should be articulate, romantic and love to slow dance. I would prefer that she be a Christian and willing to attend services and special events with me. She shouldn't be a jealous person but level headed. I would like to find a woman who understands what it means to be loved unconditionally and to give the same in return. A lady ready for a good man and to enjoy a relationship like our parents would've had fifty years ago.

PS, I'm a small business owner who is building a brand new business and, I'm also learning to play Texas Hold'em poker. I've been in 45 tournaments and I've worn 40, not counting my chickens before they're hatched, but I would love to play in the 2010 World Series of Poker. Looking for a wonderful, supportive lady who would enjoy going with me ;-)

The first date should be a place we've mutually agreed on. I would think some place that isn't real noisy so we can have something to drink and get aquainted. Maybe a coffee shop or a small restaraunt off the beaten path.

Maybe after we've spent some time getting to know each other, a movie, dancing or a walk at a nearby mall or park to continue our conversation. I believe that two people who can talk, laugh and see things through each others eyes, well that stand a much greater chance of making it these days.

Yeah, it may sound a little dull here in print, but I do some impressions and I've been told I've got a great, funny and at times Jim Carey kind of witt.
