I have found a unique soul that shares much in common with me, and will be spending all my free time getting to know her better. Thanks so much to all of you that have chatted with me here - I wish you much success in your fishing.

I love to read, especially James Patterson, Sue Grafton, Jonathan and Faye Kellerman and James Rollins. I enjoy crime dramas on TV, especially CSI (all three), NCIS, Saving Grace, The Closer, and the like. I love music. I am a promoter, hosting three shows per month at Genghis Cohen,and one at the Cat Club, both in Los Angeles. I am a music critic. I run the So Cal Music Live competition, now in its fourth year. I manage a couple of bands. I want my artists to reach their dreams, and would love to walk down the red carpet with them at the Grammys. What are your dreams?

I love to watch sports, but only when my favorite teams (Miami Dolphins, Milwaukee Brewers and Washington Wizards) are involved. Also love basketball and football games involving my favorite colleges, Wake Forest and USC. I love to camp. I am active in the Renaissance Faire circuit, working the Southern Faire at Irwindale, and attending others as I can. I love to listen to live music. I enjoy dining out with friends, long conversations on the phone and in person, and spending time with that special someone.

I am looking for my soul mate, someone who shares my faith (most important), as well as has similar interests. I don't want a clone or someone that has all the same interests, because that doesn't leave room to explore new options. Let's get to know one another and see if there is any chemistry. At the least, we will hopefully have found a new friend.

I think first dates are great when they are simple - coffee, drinks, a walk in the park - these give you the best chances for conversation and getting to know someone. I also love movies, dinner, concerts, but these make it hard to get to know the other person - what's your idea of the perfect first date?
