I love the outdoors, running, cycling, swimming, great wine, museums, art of all kinds, music from classical to techno, fun interesting healthy food, movies, and my beautiful Airedale Terrier. Travel is a passion and I can be talked into going anywhere quite easily. It expands your mind, your heart and makes us grateful to be alive. Travel is such a wonderful shared activity when in the company of a lovey partner. I have lived in San Francisco, NY, Penn, Wash DC, Sonoma Co., and Hawaii the last 9yrs before moving to LA in Nov 2008.

I believe in communication, laughter, integrity(especially when no one is looking), passion and compassion. I live by "anything is possible" and "opportunity comes from adversity". Life is about thriving, not just surviving. I am proud to be an Ironman triathlete and finisher of the World Championship in Hawaii more than once. Life is truly an adventure and a journey.

I aspire to stay strong and sensitive, mentally and physically. I look MUCH YOUNGER and act MORE YOUTHFUL than my chronological age. Patience and being stable are more than just virtues to me. I am willing to grow and I have a good heart.

I like being creative so perhaps a picnic meal, a walk, and sitting by beautiful scenery to talk and visit.
