Hobbies? I like cycling, jogging, strolling 'round Toronto (and pretty much anywhere else within a 4 hour drive), checking-out new bands, mellowing out with a coffee or beer at a cafe/lounge/patio, and just about anything else that sounds like it might be fun.

After a change of plans a few years back, I made a commitment to try and catch-up on all the things I've loved doing but had to give up for one reason or another. I want to keep that focus. I aspire to be a loving and supportive partner, father (I have two happy and well-adjusted girls who live with their mother), and friend.

Some of my best memories started with me heading out without a plan. I've rarely dealt with regret, because often something good comes from taking a chance.

I'm a huge music fan, and I can enjoy virtually everything except - wait for it.... Country. I've tried. More than a few times. Favourites include Alkaline Trio, The Postal Service, Doves, The Flaming Lips, Spoon, The Academy Is..., Radiohead, and Depeche Mode
