"Selling" yourself to someone online, with just a picture and a few lines is pretty tough... but, here goes nothing.

I consider myself to be a very simple, light-hearted, and sincere person. I have 2 dogs (pug and beagle) - I love spending time and playing with them more than anything. I try to spend as much time with family and friends, as I strongly believe life is too short. I love almost all types of music (Bhangra and Hip Hop being my favorite); love dancing and recently discovered Zumba which has taken over most of my workout schedule.

As much as I love to stay in and watch TV, I love the outdoors just as much. I love camping, going for hikes, white water rafting, wine tasting, girl trips, taking my doggies to dog parks, etc.

My siblings and I were raised to open our arms to change, but not let go of our values. I can speak, read, and write Punjabi and Hindi (in addition to English, of course). The diversity around us and all the different cultures in the world amaze me.

I absolutely love my job, though at times, it has me pulling my hair out.

My biggest goal right now is to finish school.

To me, the most important attributes in a person are honesty, sincerity, and kindness. These are things that I require in my potential partner. I believe an initial attraction is absolutely necessary to get things going; however, that will eventually get old, while what's inside will last forever.

My ideal first date? Hmm... maybe dinner and drinks? The weather is so beautiful right now, so something outdoors? A live band is always awesome.

A picnic isn't a bad idea either. Wait - maybe I should slow down and settle for coffee in case we don't click... a whole picnic may be a little awkward for a first date :o)
