I'm kind of a learning/science nerd. Believe in learning until you die. Enjoy listening to people, hearing their stories. Love small groups, good conversation, playing cards, watching sports, camping. Children make me laugh.
I'm patient, loving, kind, considerate of others, positive, passionate and shy. I'm low-maintenance, financially independent and enjoy the simple things in life (and the male species tends to be wonderfully simple!)
I prefer not to be around people who don't like people or are negative. I especially don't do well with road-ragers.
I love almost all types of music but can't sing a lick, play an instrument or dance.
I love taking pictures and recording memories but am far from being a photographer.
Graduated from UT, traveled to 41 of 50 states (still love Austin best - tho' its not a state!) and the creepy side of me is interested in forensics/crime solving.
If there was a fire, I'd grab the kids, the photo albums and my microscope, in that order. (If I still had pets, I'd grab them before the photo albums.)
Intend on spending my remaining days on earth, enjoying life, enjoying people, getting closer to God, raising my 2 sons to become good, happy, healthy, respectable adults and checking out of this joint without too many major regrets.

The thought of going on even a casual date scares me to death!!
