I would like to meet a like minded fun interesting person. I love becoming a part of something extraordinary. Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest I have always loved to get outside spring, summer, winter, & fall. One thing I will miss living down here is Autumn in Willamette Valley wine country. Pumpkin patches and giant colorful maple leaves. I am sure once late November rolls around I won't miss the perma-rain.
On the not quite so cheerful side,.. My marriage of 21 years came to an end recently. I never envisioned myself "fishing" again... or being fished for either for that matter, but hey it's s'posed to be fun right? You could say I'm not in a hurry to get really serious really fast, but as time goes by who knows? I have awesome kids who are grown except one senior in high school who lives with his mom. (yeah,.. started young and fast)
Music has been an integral part of my whole life, and I continue to work some in that field. I am an artistic and giving person. I have been burned like most of us have, so I don't have a lot to complain about. It's my hope that with anybody I meet here, we have a good time. I don't have any expectations except honesty. Oh, and I like almost all types of music.

Hmmm, first date, or first meeting?... First meeting? maybe coffee or a drink.

First actual date?... Well, perhaps something like this; Pick her up, and take her to a fun dinner spot. If dinner was truly fun then we would go to a place where she might try to teach me how to dance... it could be fun, or just funny. The truth is no I dont really know how, am somewhat self conscious, but am willing to be a fool for fun. If after all that, she still wasn't completely embarrassed to be seen with me. We could go to a late night cafe and talk about anything or nothing for as long as she wanted to. Of course she can always push the eject button at any time and know that at least the dinner was good, and she has a good story the next day for her girlfriends.
