Hummus is a delish middle eastern dish make of chickpeas, tahini sauce, garlic, and spices. You eat it with pita, falafel, or feta cheese. Not to be confused with Hamas, the Palestinian terrorist group.

I love disaster movies. Whenever you're having a bad day they really put things into persective. Like, getting criticized by your boss is far better than being chased by zombies.

I like R&B, hip hop, house, techno, trance, oldies, some alternative, but no country or heavy metal.

My background is unique, I am Polish and Ethiopian and became a citizen of the United States when I was 17. I consider myself American though because I've lived here since before I can remember. Before law school I lived in Minnesota and decided that bitter, ridiculous cold was violating my human rights hence I moved to DC. I'm a Badger in that I went to UW-Madison, but unlike my peers I can still remember college and I don't have to go to AA meetings.

I think all the lil' background things are silly. They should just let us decorate our pages.

My priority is to be happy and joyful as much as possible. This doesn't mean I don't get moods like other people, I do. I'm hardly an eerie Stepford Wife-sh person who goes through life with only superficial emotions.

I hate when people ask: Why are you on this site? Isn't it obvious. I don't like the conventional meet markets ie. bars/nightclubs and I'm too shy to pounce guys in broad daylight.

Sometimes life isn't fair. I get that. So should you.

Goals and aspirations are a must. Conversely, if your only goal is money/power we are not a match.

Um, running amok around the city is fun? I like to just leave the house and start walking until I find us something cool to do.

My philosophy: Date to have fun, have a relaxed attitude, if you go on a date with someone you don't have any attraction to... just make a new friend.

I would like to try new activities, so if you're good at something and can teach me something new, that is a bonus.
