My hobbies include but not limited too: gardening, exercising, crafts, learning to golf if I had the right teacher, boating, traveling, shopping
I love to travel and have been on many trips, I still have not made it to Las Vegas or Hawaii or the north eastern states. That would be one of my goals for an exciting vacation.
I'm very laid back, but not shy, patient, easy going, great sense of humor, laugh a lot, very spontaneous, say road trip and count me in.
Most music I enjoy, jazz not so much but can tolerate it from time to time, just not my favorite.
I like to spend time with family and friends, give me a campfire on a cool summer nite and I can get lost starring at it, a walk in the woods, cookouts just about anything for as long as its enjoyable and fun. My glass is always half full and will always make the best of a bad situation. I don't spend much time with negativity or negative people, life is too short for worrying about the small stuff.

I guess the first date would be a nice quiet place to have coffee or whatever beverage, and we would know by the end of the date if the chemistry was there or not. If there is good eye contact, body language, stimulating conversation, then I would say there's a good chance for a second date that could be more personal after the meet and greet has gotten out of the way.
The most ideal date for me would be, a weekend in Chicago taking in the sites, local favor,shopping and to top it off to make a perfect date is take in a Chicago Bears game at Soldiers Field.
