I'm here to meet people for friendship/ hangout, possibly dating, and if things work out, something more long term. Another thing up there that I want to clarify: I personally want kids eventually, but don't even want to think about it at this point in my life.

And about me!

Im huge into cooking and fusing different cultures' foods together, as well as crafting unique foods into interesting new styles. I eat so much that if I were dropped into Somalia and had dinner with anyone there, I'd immediately be skinned out of principle. I only cook with healthy and natural foods, so I almost feel like Im spiritually bound to the dishes I create. yeah, i know im a dork, haha.
Big into music, as you'll see below, but I'm very athletically oriented. I might as well be homeless- i practically live outside- its so d*mned refreshing. Im adventurous, and am always seeking new things to learn and try out :).
I love snowboarding, especially during snowstorms. Leaving your life up to the capabilities of your instincts and athleticism is a much welcomed change of pace from the intellectual complications of the civilized world. Being alone on a mountain is great at helping you experience what it really means to be human. I love the human form and the movements its capable of, and also feel we play (or should play) a very intimate role with nature. Im not talking about having sex with trees, or teabagging random creatures, but bringing some of the focus back to why we're here, than leave the emphasis solely placed on where humanity should be going.

I constantly challenge myself and others in the gym, and also feel like that can help reveal who you are, and where your priorities lie. I'm into art of all kinds, i just wish i had the time to be great at all of it (especially concept art).
Psychology is also a fascination of mine- there's nothing cooler than trying to figure out how the human mind works, and how you can change so many aspects of someone's life simply through how they think.
This kind of leads to my interest in reading and writing. simply put, good things to read, and good writing are life changing in how they alter how you think and perceive everything around you. The kind of power it takes to completely change your thoughts and subsequently, actions, is staggering- and definitely gave me a new found respect for books and writing.
I like nutrition, mythology, exploring, and so many other things that it would be just plain retarded to write it all out here. oh yeh, and above all else i live for funny shit. i think i'd rather make a great joke than a great point, but i see no fault in trying to do both :).

Ill explain my goals in more depth to those interested, but i guess the easiest way to put it is, my goals and aspirations are to be able to have the time and vigor to enjoy everything I've written here, and many things I haven't. how i get there is loaded with petty details.

I feel like everything that I do and feel makes me unique. I don't give a sh*tabout fashion or trends, and hate stubborn-minded people. I lay down my own path in life... I couldn't imagine it any other way. I fit in everywhere, yet ultimately nowhere-- i operate individualistically (word?), but bask in good company.

If my sense of humor reflects my personality, then the music I listen to reflects my intensity and flavor. I do singing/songwriting/guitar/drums, and can find something to respect in all genres of music. Anything that gives me a powerful reaction, im gonna like. I'm not huge into r+b, rap or country, but I'll give some things a listen. I like acid jazz, bebop, alternative metal, metal, latin, orchestral, trance/ drum and bass, middle eastern, tribal, as well as experimental sh*tthat mixes some aspects of all of the above styles. Anything i like listening to, i also like to try to write.

i'd like to cook an amazing dinner and watch a movie/ show with someone, and finish it up by giving an awesome massage. anything active would be cool, like skiing/ snowboarding, a workout, exploring urban ruins, or ****ing around with making music/ art. Show me what you got. :)
