first of all let me give ya a little idea of how i look at life,,,i believe that we are smack dab in the middle of some of the most exciting and interesting times in the entire history of mankinds existence, and sometimes going to sleep is such a shame, cause you just dont know what you are gonna miss, if you are missing this in life i hope something comes along to jolt you to all your sense`s so that you can catch up and begin to anticipate , participate, and enjoy all that this beautiful and wondorous world can offer.
i`m a transplant from the texas coast, been here for a little better than 2 years helping out the folks, but i do truely miss the gulf of mexico with it`s superb sunrise`s, sunset`s, and it`s abundance of redfish, spotted trout, and other varieties of aquatic life.
i`ve talked with a couple of people here on this site and dated a couple of women around the area but so far no click, nice women but we make better friends than lovers or partners.
i`m told that i`m a gentleman, with a nice manner but i talk a little to much at times, i cant help it, i am very observant and find intrest in a variety of things and people, when you add to this that i have traveled fairly extensively, by numerous modes of transportation, it has given me alot of insight and opportunity into life and it`s intricities which i enjoy sharing with other`s.
it say`es i drink often and if having a glass or 2 of wine at night after the days responsibilities are through, then i guess i do, you can be the judge of that yourself.
i have been reading some of the profiles around the site and everyone seems to have a part where they describe what they might want in another person so here is a small inkling of some of the things i might admire.
i do appreciate a woman who has a knowledge of things like canning, crafts, and the arts and puts this knowledge to work, it shows , to me at least a woman of knowledge and that she uses this knowledge to further hers and her families lives, an admirable trait showing strength akin to a tall and majestic oak indeed.
i also appreciate it if she isnt attached with some invisible umbilical cord to her cell phone , blackberry, and other electronic devices, now maybe it`s just me but in this age where all these gizmo`s and gadgets are suspose to be making our lives easier, save us time, and free us up from the complications of society they do just the opposite and are forever interrupting us. i like things simple myself and go to lengths to keep it that way.
there are alot of other things i could list but if you have read this far and really wanna know more just shoot me a line and i will gladly pontificate upon the subject with you.
not much else to say for the moment, if ya wanna talk just drop a note, until then may your prayers be answered in an acceptable manner,fashion and time. here`s hoping that you can arise and end each day with a smile upon your face.

addendum: recently some people have asked me what a wood turner is so it is easier to show than to tell, the pic of the woodwork are of things i make, i guess i am somewhat lucky because i really enjoy making these kind of things, this is the only part of my life where i cant seem to keep it simple
