About Me
A young, busy, Spiritual Teacher and College Student looking for a companion, someone to watch the mystery that God has put before us with the infinite wonder it deserves. I'm a very positive, energetic person who while enjoying going out and lighting up the town, could also spend many nights just taking a quiet walk and dancing in the light of the stars. I work, and work hard, but I play hard too. Love to go dancing, or just rock out to the car radio in some park. My Ipod is my link to sanity, so if you don't music; dont bother lol. To stand idle for too long is to be like stagnant pool. Who wants to come play in the Living Water with me? I am not looking for a one night stand, I would like a LADY. But nor am I looking to go on some silly romantic moonlit walk and determine whether we are likely candidates for marriage. I am a balanced man looking for (you guessed it) a balance between friendship and companionship. That's it and that's all. Someone with whom I share a few interests and lives nearby, who I can be friends with first, who duzn't type liek dis 4 real y0, who wants to see me on a reasonable basis, and who can share my passion for all the arts as well as the sciences.
I'm a horrible singer(though i do so implusively and often), a writer, a storyteller, and a sometime poet. I'm working on my Foresic Psychology from Kaplan (yes it's online, doesn't make the degree any less exciting for me). I'm into web design, metaphysics, meditation, fantasy novels, nature, emo/alternative/adult alternative music, road trips, histories of the ancient world, sandwiches, and in the past I was big into astronomy. I am fluent in sarcasm, spanish and french are almost forgotten but I understand much more than i speak. Have tattoos on my arm, will argue with you on almost anything for hours, and change my style of clothes and my hair a lot, just to see how it feels. I wear work shoes like it's my job, but make social calls in sweat pants. I am a juxtaposition of many feminine and masculine archetypes, but am--above all--undefinable in terms of stereotype, model, or expectation.
Don't call me "Mi negro", "lil", or "***hole" in direct address. That's pretty much begging me not to respond.
Above all, don't try to impress me. I'll notice, and not in the way you want. I appreciate and respond to casual demeanor.
Also, just saying, I'm an Eldest child with two beautiful sisters by blood who mean the world to me and a niece that's just adorable! That's being said, we're a close family, which includes my adopted Big Sister and roomate and best friend of 10 years. If that bothers you, have a nice day :-)
First Date
My favorite first date is quiet first then fun! I would say dinner first so we can talk and get to know each other a little. Then something like bowling to have a little friendly competition. This lets us see a little more of the real person instead of the "representative" lol. Plus it's a great thing to break the first date awkwardness.
Also - here's a hint - I'm a horrible bowler, it's the one sport I truely, truely suck in. Hence why I like to go, it lets me see how the person reacts when they're on top and if they're a bad winner.
