I was born in Carthage, Mo. by Joplin and grew up there. Have lived alot of places so it is rather ironical I came back close to where I grew up to retire.

I I have 2 boys who live here in Gardner.That's why I'm here-grandkids! Have only lived here 2 weeks.(Sept. 09). I like it here , but I've got to meet some people. I lived in Enid, Okla. the past 15 years--a city of 50,000. Had many friends there so I've got to meet some. Friends are the most important thing to me.

I like to go dancing( I used to teach dancing at Ermina Clinton School of Dance in Carthage). If you can't dance I will keep it simple--I don't lord it over on you, I have met people who do that. But I'm about to go crazy because I have to dance!

I have to sing as well-Sing Sinatra,Elvis, Ricky Van Shelton, George Strait, Igle Humper--can't spell his name but his song "After The Lovin'" is one of my favorite romantic song.I also sing Garth Brooks-"To Make You Feel My Love" from the movie "Hope Floats".
I have done some judging of Karaoke contests in Okla. Sooooooooo, I've got to find some Karaoke places.

I like concerts--my favorite took place back in 1965--guess who and where? Kansas City in the old baseball stadium--they came in an helicopter and landed on the pitchers mound--THE BEATLES! Awesome!

I like musicals---my favorite musical took place(guess where?) Kansas City at the Star Lite Theater!"The King and I" with Yule Brenner-Awesome.
I noticed in the newspaper "Mamma Mia" with Abba songs is starting at the Star Lite!
I saw Hello Dolly with Ginger Rogers in NYC. that was a close 2nd.

For the most part, I have had a great life--I really don't like to go back--I look forward to great things in the present and future!

I i would ask you to meet me somewhere to dance and dance the night away. then,
if things clicked, i would ask you to go to a karaoke bar and sing. singing and dancing are my middle name.
