Things that make me smile...

1. The moment on the first date... when I can finally lean back in my chair and enjoy the rest of the evening... ( or getting to the point where I am not blushing when we meet... or maybe to the point where I do blush when we meet... hmmm...)
2. Giving that hug hello, and losing myself for just a moment in how fantastic you smell... (sometimes its a kicker when the hug is a goodbye hug... but driving home with the lingering scent of "yummy" lol... is a smile maker as well)
3. Knowing that I don't have to explain... you just get it...
4. Feeling like I am a teenager again, getting lost in conversation, on a patio or on the phone...
5. When you make my heartbeat faster...
6. Walking on the boardwalk, then watching the waves crash while you sit on the rocks and enjoy the great conversation...
7. Kisses that taste like that fantastic bottle of wine...
8. Dreams and wishes that come true...
9. Perfect fall days on the deck...
10. When the worst possible day fades, because thinking of you makes me smile in spite of myself...
11. When I think of how lucky I am that I met you and above all else we became friends...
12. Knowing that with our crazy schedules, it is safe to make you a priority, because I am more than just one of your options...

And most importantly...

Knowing that putting long term on my profile doesn't scare you away... because you understand that it doesn't mean after the first date we are getting married... that long term means "all of the above"... but with no rush... and no expectation... just one day at a time.

Who cares... whether it is beverages on a patio, a coffee in the beaches, or jumping in puddles... after the first few minutes... we'll know where to go from there.
