I am a 26-year-old teacher living just outside the north perimeter of Atlanta, GA. I teach kindergarten on the south side of Atlanta and have taught for 4 years. I am originally from Miami, FL; therefore, I'm a huge Dolphins and Heat fan (and funny enough: I pull for the Mets and Red Sox too!). I do love watching sports- professional and college.
My goals for the short-term are to earn my Masters degree in a related field of education and perhaps take advantage of this housing market to buy my first home. Then again, who knows where life will take me? The Masters degree is a definite though- I want to study more about my career of choice :)
I enjoy hanging out with friends. Sometimes I can be a homebody, but I prefer going out on weekends. I like playing trivia at the local bar with friends, trying out new restaurants, seeing new exhibits, visiting new places, TRAVELLING (whether it's a little road trip or a European vacation- I love trying new things). I also love listening to music. I like all kinds of music: country, pop, r&b, some rap, some rock, classical, even some Broadway musical stuff!
I laugh alot. I talk alot. I like to be surrounded by good friends, and I'm looking for someone who will enhance the life I already have and can appreciate me for me- and just as importantly- would allow me to do the same for him.

An ideal first date, in my opinion, could be something ranging from something formal like going to a nice restaurant to visiting a museum exhibit to meeting for something very casual! I think wherever we'd go on a first date, it must give us a chance to talk, communicate, and get to know each other.
I think one great idea for a first date would be to go out to a nice restaurant for dinner and then somewhere to listen to some music and grab a drink. Or perhaps a trip to a museum/exhibit in the afternoon, following by dinner.
