I never thought that I would end up in New Jersey! After growing up in Alabama and Pennsylvania, New Jersey was the farthest thing from my mind. I went to college in Washington, DC and was able to play football at the division 1 level. When the NFL didn't come knocking, I was happy that I had made the decision to go to a great school that would give me career options. Enter New Jersey.

So I've been up here for about 5 years now. I do marketing for a medical device manufacturer, and it is very interesting work. There is a ton of travel with the job, which is something that I initially enjoyed. However, being career focused and traveling makes it difficult to meet new people and have a personal life. I have figured out how to carve out time for family and friends, but have still found it difficult to meet the right girls.

I tend to stay close with a few great friends, rather than a lot of average friends. I am hoping to meet a few interesting people who like to have fun and can take a good joke, and will see where it goes from there.
