I am currently a graduate student and substitute teacher. I love music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. I enjoy volunteering in my local community. I love animals, learning, watching movies, going out to dinner, am an avid sports fan!!!!

I am clever, loves life, risk taker, compassionate, romantic, and believes life is too short to waste time on playing head games or to base the success of one's life on materialistic items. To me, success isn't how much money you have in the bank, or the lucrative vacations one takes or the material items parked in your driveway. Success in life is how you treat others, and to always give to others when you thought you couldn't give no more. I believe money is a lousy way of keeping score. I would like to find a person where we can share each others goals, see each others dreams become a reality, accept each other for who we are, and yet, be our own person. I believe it is the quality of time you spend with someone that matters most, not the quantity of time. I live by the philosophy, "People may not always remember what you said to them, but they will always remember how you made them feel." I love sports, outdoor/indoor sporting events, music, concerts, politics, skydiving, an intellectual conversation, cuddling, teasing, helping others and always giving 110 percent to that special person. I do not like judgemental people, unfortunately, I have been judged many times as a result of my paralysis 16-years ago. Unfortunately, many people would never consider dating a paraplegic, which is very, very sad. Paralysis doesn't take away the "human spirit" only if you let it, and I don't!!! There is no person in the world with a perfect body or looks, although some women think they are perfect...:)
