The first thing you need to know about me is that I love to laugh. I consider myself to be a witty person and if someone can make me laugh, they will have my attention. The second thing you need to know about me is that I don't laugh at something if I don't think it is funny. I am a very genuine person, so I expect people to be real with me too.

In terms of my hobbies, I love to read and write. You can find me in a coffee shop reading something or writing when I have time to relax. Another hobby of mine is getting to know people and people watching. I think that people are their most true selves when they think no one is watching, and this lends itself to hilarity most of the time.

I have a lot of goals and aspirations. I could care less how much money I make as long as I am affecting people positively. I believe that in the US we are so blessed with opportunities and resources that it is part of our responsibility to give back and help other nations in need, even if only through being aware of current events and the problems in other countries. That being said, one of my goals is to help create awareness for the problems the people in Zambia, an east African country, face. My goal is to help women there find a venue to sell the jewelry in the States. These women have lost their husbands to AIDS and have AIDS themselves. They have no other way to provide for their children. I also aspire to eventually spend more time in Zambia interviewing people and write a book of a collection of the peoples stories. My goal for the immediate future is to become a credentialed teacher and continue working in continuation schools with inner city kids.

I love all kinds of music, but I love going to concerts. I love everything from folk to country to latin music to hip-hop to punk rock to pop music and even classical and jazz.

My ideal first date is an activity outdoors, like a concert or just hanging out outdoors. I think that first dates should be to get to know the person, so conversation is a must! I hate going to the movies on a first date. Very little talking and getting to know each other can happen there. I like simple things and consider myself a cheap date. I am not impressed by how flashy a date can be, but you need to put thought into what we are doing. Thats all I'll say cause I think that first dates gives me a look into your personality.
